About Stephen
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples live authentically and build fulfilling relationships. Therapy isn’t just my work—it’s my passion and purpose. I believe that people and relationships are at the core of what makes life meaningful, and I strive to create a warm, open space where you can feel completely accepted as you are. In my practice, my hope is that you’ll feel not only supported but empowered to step into your strengths and to build a life that resonates deeply with you.

With a foundation in trauma work, I have spent much of my career working with clients who are navigating challenging life experiences, past hurts, and difficult emotions. Trauma often impacts many areas of life, from personal self-worth to relationship patterns, and I’m here to help you uncover, understand, and heal in ways that feel safe and lasting. In recent years, I’ve expanded my work to focus more on couples and relationship dynamics, helping partners deepen their connections, work through past hurts, and learn to communicate in ways that nurture growth and closeness. Relationships are unique and complex, and I am here to guide you through the ups and downs with compassion and understanding.

I take a “come as you are” approach, meeting each client where they are and supporting them in their journey forward. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build awareness, and develop coping strategies that align with who you are. My goal is to help you grow in ways that feel meaningful, empowering, and unique to you.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my partner, our daughters, and our two fur babies. We enjoy being outdoors—hiking, kayaking, camping, and traveling whenever we get the chance. I also have a passion for capturing the beauty of sunrises and sunsets with my camera. These moments bring me peace and a sense of connection to life, a mindset I carry into my work with clients as I support them on their unique journeys.
Education
I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both from UMASS Global. My training in Marriage and Family Therapy has equipped me to address complex relational issues with empathy and expertise, while my studies in Organizational Leadership provide a broader perspective on personal and interpersonal growth.
